The Springfield office is The Gig Bureau's official headquarters. From Gig Salad members needing technical support to talent buyers looking to book headliners and celebrities for events, our Midwest team is busy meeting the need. Our support personnel and booking agents are real people, not automated answers. Our communications are fueled by voice, not by answering systems. We really care about making our customers happy, and giving each one the help she/he needs.
Press inquiries and online social engagement are also handled through the Springfield office. When you click "like" or "retweet", you're very likely liking and retweeting a post written in Springfield. And when you read an article on our blog describing about how to plan the perfect wedding, there's a good chance it originated in Springfield.

Product design and development
Our office in Wilmington is where the behind-the-scenes tech and design stuff takes place. We have a great space on the banks of the Cape Fear River in the historic downtown area, a stone's throw from the Atlantic Ocean. Even with the distraction of our awesome environment, we still manage to get quite a lot accomplished here.
The Gig Bureau is an entertainment company. But it can also be said that we're actually a tech company, and as such we're committed to defining and redefining how talent is booked both now and into the future. Wilmington's team is made up of software engineers and graphic designers who are passionate about re-inventing an industry.

In our Midwest office's neck of the woods, Gig Salad is the main sponsor of this season's American Idol! Hey, we made some TV commercials! Our very first televised ad campaign was aired in the greater Springfield, MO area, and appeared during shows like Ellen, The X Factor and Sunday NFL games. The spots were directed and produced by Brandon Goodwin of Goodwin Films, and the stars are Gig Salad members.
